Appointment Cancellation
Our inspectors rely on their appointment schedules being booked to work a 40-hour work week. We understand that schedules change. However we request that cancellations be made 48 hours in advance of the appointment so we can try to fill the slot with another client. Because your inspection appointment was cancelled without adequate notice we kindly ask that you pay our last minute cancellation fee.
